Handover of Catering Operations at the Golfers’ Terrace, Water Hazard, Patio @ Warren and Starter’s Hut

There will be a change of caterers to the aforementioned Food & Beverage outlets that will take place on Monday 30 January 2012.
It is unfortunate that the handover from one caterer to the other will have to take place during the Chinese New Year holiday period. Whilst the management team and staff will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience that may arise to members, we would like to forewarn members that there is a possibility that there may be some shortcomings for a few days until the new caterer is able to settle in his staff and, get the necessary food and beverage stocks in to the outlets.
Please take note of the following:
Golfers’ Terrace
The kitchen will be closed from 7.00pm on Sunday 29 January 2012 to allow the existing caterer to move out their possessions and, sanitise the kitchen and bar areas in preparation for the new caterer to move in on Monday 30 January 2012. The new caterer will provide a simple stall lunch operation from 12 noon until 6.00pm – after which a reduced à la Carte menu will be available for dinner.
Services will be back to normal from 7.00am on Tuesday 31 January 2012.
Water Hazard
This operations of this outlet will remain as normal.
Patio @ Warren (Poolside Café)
This outlet will remain closed from 7.00pm on Sunday 29 January 2012 and we target to reopen it on Tuesday 14 February 2012 for normal business.
As in the past, it will be closed on every Monday.
Starter’s Hut
This operations of this outlet will remain as normal.
We thank you for your understanding and apologise for any inconvenience that it may cause.
Patio @ Warren Closed on Mondays

Please note that Patio @ Warren will be closed every Monday with effect from Monday 28 February 2011.
Diners may continue to enjoy their meals at the Golfers’ Terrace or Yan Palace @ Warren located on the second level of the Main Clubhouse on Mondays.
Should a gazetted Public Holiday/replacement holiday fall on Monday, Patio @ Warren will be closed the next working day (Tuesday).
| Producing of Membership Cards at all F&B Outlets |

Members are to produce their membership cards to benefit from member prices at F&B outlets.
Members who do not produce their membership cards but still want to enjoy member prices will incur a $2 Admin Charge.
The Charge will apply to each bill closed at any F&B outlet on any particular day.
Members who object to the Charge will have to settle their accounts by credit card or cash and will be unable to avail themselves of member prices.
The above is being implemented to eliminate billing errors; to enable staff to split bills easier when taking orders and to speed up the billing process.
We seek your cooperation to produce your membership card at all F&B outlets.

| Request for Items for Club's Heritage Archives |
As the Club is getting nearer to its 50th anniversary (in year 2012), we are requesting our long term members to come forward and donate to us or allow us to make copies of old photos/newsletters/magazines or any items that could add value to the Club's heritage archives. The archives will also enable us to retain a history of the Club and allow the Club's past to be present in the future.
