Cancellation for Weekend Bookings:

All cancellations are to be done by 10:00am of the Wednesday preceding the weekend/public holiday booking.

Cancellation for Weekday Bookings:

Cancellation of flight shall be done by 10.00 am two (2) days before the date of play.

Cancellation must be made using the following means:

Cancellation by e-mail:

Member is to write in via e-mail to golf@warren,org.sg to cancel the booking indicating the Name, Membership Number, date & tee off time of the booking

Cancellation by fax:

Member is to fax in to 65861259 to cancel the booking made indicating the     membership number, date & tee off time of the booking

In-person Cancellation

Member is to come in person to cancel the booking by filling up a standard cancellation form and retaining a copy. Upon acceptance of the cancellation, the MRO is to reply to acknowledge receipt of the cancellation and acceptance of the cancellation

Telephone or verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
