WEEKEND & PUBLIC HOLIDAY GOLF BOOKINGS

In-person booking for Principal members’ on Thursday (9-days before the effective weekend or the week prior to the applicable public holiday):

• The in-person booking is only applicable for Principal members.
• The in-person booking will be conducted at the Events Room.
• Separate queues have been  introduced - one for booking play on Saturday and another for booking play on Sunday. A 3^rd queue for booking play on a public holiday is introduced as and when necessary.
• Only one (1) membership number is permitted to be used to make one (1) flight booking (minimum 3 names) for the intended day of play.
• At the time of placing an in-person booking, the Principal member will be required to produce his/her Membership Card.
• The Club reserves the right to fill in any unused slots.
• If a member who queues to make a booking for play (for example) on a Saturday, wishes to make another booking for play on the Sunday/holiday as well, he/she must join the end of the queue designated for booking on the Sunday/holiday.
• Each member wishing to make a booking must physically occupy the seat in the queue.  Reserving of seats is not permitted.
• The doors to the Events Room will open at 4:15pm. (Time is wrong!)
• Registration for flight/slot booking starts at 4:30pm and closes at 8.00pm. 

Family members who wish to make a booking will be eligible to book in-person or by phone from the next day, Friday from 10.00am.  Please note that only one (1) flight may be booked for Saturday and/or Sunday and/or public holiday, under one membership number.

In the event that there are two or more flights booked under one membership number on one particular day, the 1^st flight reserved will stand and the counter staff will call to inform the member of such occurrence.

Please note

1. All bookings must be made either in person or by telephone (Friday 10:00am onwards). Fax bookings will no longer be entertained.

2. All cancellations are to be done by 10:00am of the Wednesday proceeding the weekend/public holiday.

3. A late cancellation or, no show fee of $40 per absent player will be charged to the respective member’s account if the Golf counter staff are not advised by the Wednesday deadline. The principal’s account (unless otherwise instructed in writing) will be charged if it applies to one or more guests. If a flight booking results in it not being cancelled or a no show, the member whose name appears on the form as the principal member booking the flight will be held accountable and charged the total cancellation/no show fee.

4. No PC or Restricted Handicapper (Male > 24, Female > 36) is permitted to play on a weekend or public holiday.

5. On weekends/Public Holidays, certain conditions apply to "walking flights":

-   Golfers who choose to walk can only book the last 3 morning and last 3 afternoon flights of

the day.

-   The designated flights can be booked by either walking golfers or buggy users.

-   Each walking golfer will be charged $10.00 per round. 

Management Committee members are allowed to pre-book their flights.        

WEEKDAY GOLF BOOKINGS 

• Bookings made in person can be done one week in advance of intended day of play from 7.00 am onwards except on Mondays from 12.00 pm onwards.
• Bookings by phone or fax will be accepted from 9.00 am onwards except on Mondays from 2.00 pm onwards.
• To book a flight, there must be a minimum of three players.
• Priority is not accorded for one or two-ball bookings. However, two-ball flight bookings are permissible. The management reserve the right to combine one or two balls to form a flight.
• A maximum of two Proficiency Certificate holders are allowed per flight except during control hours (i.e. 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm) where the number of PC holders is restricted to one.
• Substitution can be made between members and guests or vice versa.
• A member who makes a booking is responsible for that booking. Any cancellation or change of players must be done by the member.
• Cancellation of flight shall be done by 10.00 am two days before the date of play.
• Members violating the rules more than three times within a three-month period will be suspended from making further bookings for a period to be determined by the Committee.

• Members may book-in their guests when they book their flights.

Social Members are permitted to make bookings two days in advance for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons except on public holidays
