Hula Hoop Fitness! (for Beginners)

Hoop Hoop Hooray! The hottest new fitness trend is here! Bring the joy of child’s play hula-hooping back to exercise. Hoop fitness is a low-impact recreational activity enjoyed by all ages and has attracted thousands of enthusiasts worldwide. Achieve stamina and health through specific aerobics with Hoop. The coordination of the body movement and breathing strengthens the torso muscles and enhances the flexibility of the spine which helps to avoid back problems. Hula hooping exercises promote the integral functions of our vital organs and train not only your core but also your upper and lower extremities.

Comprising a total of 6 classes, each class starts with a 5- to 10-minute warm up followed by 10 minutes of technical studies with focus on hoop basics such as spinning the hoop around the hips continuously. Students will then be guided with a 30-minute full body workout which allows the students to get to know all the different power points and work on clear transitions from one exercise to another. The class ends with some stretching exercises which help to improve flexibility and calm the mind after the workout.
